Canadian Student In-State Tuition
研究生 学生 from Canada may automatically qualify for Oakland University’s Non-Resident Award. This scholarship awards new graduate 学生 the difference between resident and non-resident tuition rates.
In-state tuition for two years
The scholarship is awarded to qualifying Canadian citizens who have earned a baccalaureate degree (equivalent to a four‐year U.S. degree) and have been admitted to an Oakland University graduate degree*. The scholarship is the difference between resident and non-resident tuition rates. Master's-level 学生 are eligible to receive the scholarship for up to two years (four semesters).
*Students admitted to an online graduate degree or a graduate degree which is assessed by a program rate, rather than the standard graduate tuition rate, are not eligible for this scholarship. Degree programs assessed by a program rate include: 1) Oakland University William Beaumont (OUWB) School of 医学, 2) Oakland University Beaumont Nurse Anesthesia Program and 3) Oakland University Executive Masters of 业务 Administration.

The scholarship is awarded to qualifying Canadian citizens who have earned a baccalaureate degree (equivalent to a four‐year U.S. degree) and have been admitted to an Oakland University Ph.D. 项目*. The scholarship is the difference between resident and non-resident tuition rates. Ph.D. 学生 are eligible to receive the scholarship for up to five years (ten semesters).
*Students admitted to an online graduate degree or a graduate degree which is assessed by a program rate, rather than the standard graduate tuition rate, are not eligible for this scholarship. Degree programs assessed by a program rate include: 1) Oakland University William Beaumont (OUWB) School of 医学, 2) Oakland University Beaumont Nurse Anesthesia Program and 3) Oakland University Executive Masters of 业务 Administration.
