我们的使命: The mission of the 计算机科学与工程系 is to empower everyone to learn cutting edge computing skills through hands-on and foundational education and research to meet real-world challenges in Michigan and beyond.

It is my great pleasure to welcome you to the 计算机科学与工程系 (CSE) at 十大菠菜台子.

CSE is home to more than 900 students as we are the largest department at 十大菠菜台子. We offer 教唆-accredited 5-year BS degrees in 计算机科学 and 信息技术, producing graduates who have gone on to great success in industry and academia. 我们的计算机科学硕士课程, “软件工程与信息技术”, and 网络安全 are designed to serve the needs of our students targeting multiple career paths in both academia and industry. Our research profile is also strong and growing (tripled in 2022), with several million dollars of grants awarded recently and several new tenure-track faculty with excellent research profiles. 最近, the CSE department was ranked the second largest department at OU in terms of research expenditure.
